I'm organizing a summit for all the people who would like to be leads in the project, where we can find a strategic a balanced approach to how we will conquer this project, optimize our strengths, and we will have maximum yields for funnesss. If you want to be in a main lead position, please come to it, but if you would prefer to become a lead later when you see where things are going or if you prefer to perform an auxiliary, supporting function- you do not have to come. This is a "do-acracy," and the best way to become a lead, is by telling us that you want to lead "x" and why (hopefully, because "x: needs help.) - I'm expecting that even while we will define our roles, there will be opportunities for support in the future.
However, if for some reason you would like to come, just to see how the team is established and not take any responsibilities, you are welcome to join us. I'd recommend that you wear all red, or a shirt that says "NO," otherwise, we will help you become a lead.
If people who want to be leads would like to wear hats that communicate their desired roles, that is okay too.
