Tonight I acquired the following from Curt:
Leds and such: it's a great big tub & highly playafied. I need someone who wants to do lights to clean, straighten, possibly repair, inventory and test them. Fin, you can probably help then with a few assistants? I was thinking this would be a good task on one of our first build days.
Paperwork detailing information from the Burner Bazaar. We need to make a copy of that, Alpy, would you help me be sure that happens?
All the waivers. They would help us make a new one (Curt is looking for the electronic version) and they would help us devise a list of people who like to build things. Who wants to work with them?
Also, we have a bank account now. There are some credit card slidey things that Curt will get us soon.

I enjoy thinking and doing. Not necessarily in that order.

Paul and I can take the lights no problem. We know exactly what to do.

I agree with Abraxas. Somebody knowledgeable about LEDs should have a first look at the tub of parts. If it turns out there's a lot of semi-skilled work to do to clean them up and rehabilitate them, then a work party might be appropriate later. Unless we have somebody else who is more familiar with these specific components, the two of us can take the components and see what condition their condition is in. We can give a quicker evaluation without waiting for a build party.

I'm in for a work party if one is necessary. (:
Jess, you're in my neighborhood. I have to go back to campus in 2014 (gack!) and can pick up the papers, scan them, and return them the next day. Let me know.
